CHECKING IN/OUT TIMES

Check-out by 10h00.
Check-in 14h00 to 18h00.
Late check out/Early check in:-
Early check in/Late check out:- A fee of R25/person/hour may be charged.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals:- A fee of R25/hour will be levied after 20h00.
NB! (Early check-in OR late check in after 18h00 and late check-out after 10h00 by PRIOR arrangement only)

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

• 1 Night booking – 100% deposit required
• 2 or more nights – 50% deposit required

Cancellation Forfeiture:-

• 0-7 days before date of arrival/or no-show 100% deposit paid,
• 8-14 days before date of arrival – 50% of deposit paid.
• 15-28 days before date of arrival – 25% of deposit paid.
• 29+ days full refund less R250 admin fee

Premature departure full original booking may be charged.
The following deposits are non-refundable:-

• ALL Deposits for Special Rate offers
• Bookings/Block or Bulk and all Peak Season Bookings (i.e. bookings for December to mid January and Mid March to end April)
• Vouchers issued by 3rd party agents in lieu of deposits/accommodation on behalf of clients are irrevocable.
